Overview
This is an essential course for anyone riding, handling or working around horses. It provides practical guidance on a broad range of first aid topics but focusses on those related to injuries associated with horses.
It’s designed to give delegates the confidence to effectively manage a horse riding related emergency and to give appropriate aid to the casualty whilst waiting for the paramedics to arrive.
Who should attend this course?
This course is suitable for anyone working within the equestrian industry (Coach, groom, stable managers, rider or horse owner) wishing to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in First Aid.

The course date(s) depend upon your availability.
Training rooms should have a 240v power socket and a table for our projector equipment; chairs for all attendees and a clear and clean floor area for CPR and recovery position training of approximately 2 square metres per delegate.
